Job Description
The Vice President of Sales will serve as a key leadership role, reporting directly to the CEO. This dual-capacity player-coach position involves both strategic planning and hands-on execution as you lead a growing sales team in a rapidly expanding market. You will be charged with formulating and executing sales strategies, optimizing processes, and ensuring alignment across various departments to drive revenue growth and customer engagement. Ideal candidates must be adept at balancing big-picture thinking with tactical execution in a fast-paced environment.
